EXPRESSWAY INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY earlier also known as TAJ EXPRESSWAY is constituted by Governement of Uttar Pradesh for Industrial and Urban Developemnt in the region. The idea is based not only to provide fast moving corridor to reduce the travelling time betwen New Delhi & Agra but also to provide proper enviornment and resources in the region to ensure the development of Tourism Industry, Entertainment & Liesure and Knowledge based Industry. The authority had allotted Plot Size of 60 Sq.Mtr, 90 Sq.Mtr, 120 Sq.Mtr, 162 Sq.Mtr, 300 Sq.Mtr. in Sector-18.
YAMUNA
In the 3rd quarter of Year 2009, the Authority had launched its first Residential Scheme. The applications was invited for the Lease hold residential plots in the sizes of 300 Sq.Mtr., 500 Sq.Mtr., 1000 Sq.Mtr., 2000 Sq.Mtr. & 4000 Sq.Mtr. and the draw was held in October 2009 and approx. 21000 thousands plots were allotted through draw system in the various sizes. Now it is available in resale with premium price which varies according to size and location of plot.
